Here at Custom-Cutouts we're committed to your satisfaction. We will promptly refund your money, here are some guidelines to follow first.

1. The cutout must be in original condition. If the cutout is in original condition you may return it within 45 days of the delivery date for a full refund. (This is minus any shipping and handling charges).

2. Original condition is defined by: the cutout is not removed from the paper backing. If the cutout has been removed it is non-refundable.

3. Please call to inform us you intend to refund your cutout. (1-708-570-5150).

4. A customer service representative will issue you a return authorization number. Your return cannot be processed without a return authorization number.

5. Please ship it back to us in the original packing tube. Clearly write the word RETURN on the tube. Also write the return authorization number on the tube.
